Information you submit
When you use the project enquiry form, VedArc Studio receives the information you enter. This can include your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company or artist name, project type, project description, target platform, duration, budget tier, deadline, support needed, and any reference link you choose to share. The form does not accept file uploads.
Why this information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to your project enquiry, identify missing requirements, assess creative and technical fit, and prepare a quotation when appropriate. It is not used to create an unrelated marketing profile.
Service providers and delivery
The website’s hosting provider processes the form request and may keep ordinary security or server logs. The configured email hosting and SMTP providers transmit the enquiry to contact@vedarcstudio.com. These providers process information as needed to deliver and secure their services.
Minimal security information
The form uses short-lived session data, a CSRF token, a minimum submission time, and basic rate limiting. The server may process a network address and technical request information to prevent abuse. The site does not intentionally build a long-term visitor tracking profile from this information.
No sale of personal information
VedArc Studio does not sell information submitted through this enquiry form. This website does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Retention
Enquiry information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible project, maintain relevant business records, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable obligations. A precise retention period is not promised because it can vary with the enquiry and any later agreement.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted by emailing contact@vedarcstudio.com. A request may require enough information to identify the relevant enquiry, and some records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required.
YouTube showcase
The homepage can load VedArc Studio’s featured YouTube video in Privacy Enhanced Mode using youtube-nocookie.com. The iframe is not requested when the page first loads and is created only after you activate the branded poster. If you choose to activate it, your browser connects to YouTube and Google, which may receive technical information such as your network address and device details and may use storage or cookies according to their own policies. A direct link to the official VedArc channel remains available as an alternative.

No separate analytics or advertising cookies are enabled by VedArc Studio in this version. If that changes, this policy and any consent controls should be updated before the new tools are activated.
