Projects require a written agreement
Any quotation, schedule, payment terms, usage rights, licences, deliverables, review stages, revisions, resolution, source-file delivery, and other project conditions must be confirmed in a separate written quotation or agreement. An enquiry or initial discussion does not guarantee acceptance, timing, price, or availability.
AI-production limitations
AI tools can produce identity drift, product inaccuracies, text errors, motion artifacts, physics errors, lip-sync limitations, and continuity failures. VedArc Studio can reduce and manage these risks through testing, references, repair, regeneration, compositing, and post-production, but no perfect model accuracy or consistency is guaranteed.
Materials you submit
You must have the rights and permissions needed to share and use any music, logos, trademarks, faces, voices, product images, scripts, footage, designs, confidential material, and other references you submit. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, or material unrelated to the project enquiry.
Studio and portfolio material
The website’s original copy, visual system, brand elements, and studio materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Project-specific rights, credits, portfolio permissions, and ownership are addressed only in the relevant written agreement. No portfolio permission is implied merely because an enquiry is submitted.
